Powell & Associates, Inc was established in 1992 by Marcene P Powell in Lincolnton, GA just north of the Augusta Metro area. It was the very first real estate firm in Lincolnton and started with the goal of providing professional, local real estate services for Lincolnton and the smaller surrounding counties.
Being licensed in both Georgia and South Carolina, Powell & Associates, Inc has been a mainstay in the area and handled real estate for many in residential, commercial, land and lake property on both sides of the Savannah River for over 30 years. Powell & Associates, Inc, now under the second generation of Ownership with Nancy C Powell, has expanded and has located the main office in Downtown Augusta & while the location has changed, the same quality service has not.
